Paul Rogers
PRESIDENT / PROJECT MANAGER
Mr. Rogers has more than 35 years of experience as an environmental professional. He spent 8 years with a major consulting firm in Cleveland, Ohio, and then started a private environmental consulting business in 1996. In 2000 he closed his private practice and co-founded Insite Group, Inc., which provides consulting and remediation services to a broad base of customers. Mr. Rogers holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Kent State University.

Sara Giordano, Ph.D.
VICE PRESIDENT / PROJECT COORDINATOR
Ms. Giordano has more than 30 years of experience in the biological and environmental arena. She has extensive experience as a Medical Technologist, Medical Laboratory Supervisor, Lecturer at Penn State University, and Director of Research and Development for an environmental firm prior to co-founding Insite Group, Inc. Ms. Giordano holds a Bachelor of Science in Bacteriology from Washington State University, a Masters of Science in Biological Sciences from Youngstown State University, and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences (Biochemistry and Molecular Biology) from Kent State University.

Jennifer Swogger
SENIOR ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENTIST
Ms. Swogger joined Insite Group, Inc. in 2002 and has more than 20 years of experience in the environmental consulting field. Ms Swogger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and Biology from Allegheny College, Meadville, PA.

Mr. Gaines joined Insite Group, Inc. in 2005 and has more than 20 years of experience in the environmental industry. Mr. Gaines holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Penn State University, Behrend Campus, Erie, PA.
