• Underground Storage Tank System Closure Report Form
• Notification of Reportable Release (if a release is discovered)

If a release is discovered during UST closure, IGI will collect all the information necessary to complete a thorough, detailed and accurate claim with the Underground Storage Tank Indemnification Fund (USTIF).
