From our office administrator to our professional staff and field technicians, we are a family of employees that function as “Team IGI”, as we like to call ourselves. Paul Rogers, President, Sr. Project Manager
Paul has been working in the environmental consulting field since 1988 and has managed a wide variety of environmental projects. In 2000, Paul cofounded Insite Group, Inc. with Sara Giordano. Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in geology from Kent State University.
Sara Giordano, PhD, Vice President, Sr. Project Manager/Coordinator
Sara has been working in the environmental consulting field since 1995. She specializes in bioremediation and the application of new remedial technologies. In 2000, Sara cofounded Insite Group, Inc. with Paul Rogers. Sara holds a Bachelor’s degree in bacteriology from Washington State University, a Master’s degree in biological sciences from Youngstown State University, and a Doctorate degree in biomedical sciences (biochemistry and molecular biology) from Kent State University.
Mike Keeliher, Professional Geologist
Mike has been working as a Professional Geologist since 1986. Mike has experience with a wide range of projects, including leaking storage tank projects, land recycling program projects, CERCLA and RCRA investigations, mineral exploration programs, geotechnical engineering investigations, coal reserve evaluations and environmental engineering projects. Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in geology from the University of Maryland. He is a licensed Professional Geologist in Pennsylvania and Virginia.
Jennifer Swogger, Environmental Scientist
Jennifer has been working in the environmental consulting field since 2002. Her project experience lies primarily with petroleum storage tank sites and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Biology from Allegheny College.
Adam Gaines, Environmental Technician
Adam has been working in the environmental consulting field since 2005. His project experience lies primarily with petroleum storage tank sites. Adam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Penn State University.
Kristen Kelly, Office Administrator
Kristen has over 30 years of experience in office administration. She manages billing, accounts receivable, report assembly, document processing and employee benefits.
